The Eclipse 11 Dice Set is a gamer's best friend! While most RPG dice sets include only the polyhedral 7, Ultra PRO is here to help you UP your game with additional dice needed for modern RPG games. Each set includes D4, 4x D6, D8, 2x D10, D12, and 2x D20. The dice come in a 2-piece acrylic storage box with enough space for up to 40 dice, and sized to fit pens, markers, or other small RPG accessories. Eclipse Dice feature a shimmering finish that makes every roll magical! Aligned with the 12 Eclipse colors, these dice are the perfect companion for the 100+ Deck Boxes, Matte or Gloss sleeves, and PRO-Binders.

Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day sealed product return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in original factory sealed condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We do not accept returns for Single Card sales. This is non-negotiable. Due to the dramatic market fluctuation within the card industry it is simply not feasible to allow returns after formats change/etc. Thanks for understanding.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer would need to arrange shipping to receive any products returned in this way or forfeit the products and original payment. Please contact first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Basic wear on sealed products does not qualify an item for damaged return.  Many products may have scuffing/dents/wear from the factory and/or warehouse storage


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or single card purchases.  Sealed Product must still be sealed with the original factory packaging and in the original condition it was received in to be eligible for returns.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the product has been returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
