🛠️ New Keywords & Mechanics Shaking Up the Meta

Radiance introduces three brand-new mechanics that reward clever board positioning, tempo swings, and strategic hand management:

  • Deploy (Gear Keyword): Skip your base entirely! Deployable Gear drops directly onto a Battlefield to give immediate, persistent pressure. You can even drop it onto an opponent’s Battlefield—just hold the line, or re-play signature Gear like Demacian Standard or The Ball for recurring value.

  • Show Off (Reveal Mechanic): Value without loss of card advantage. Show Off allows you to reveal a matching card from your hand or board to unlock massive bonus effects on the card you're playing—giving you explosive plays while keeping your options open.

  • Disarm (Combat Keyword): The ultimate offensive tool. Units with Disarm actively chip away at opposing units’ Might while on the attack, making it tough for defenders to hold key objectives against heavy pressure.

  • Ekko: Control time and dominate the board state by recurring high-value units and re-triggering enter-the-battlefield effects.
